In this view, all the basic learning processes that you used since chilhood can actuallylend you a big hand in maintaining or improving your mental capacity. Reading books, writen stuffs, learning new skills and even playing intelligent games ( like chess and scrable) can be considered as effective exercise for your brain. These simple processes can lower your chances of suffering from dementia or even mild forgetfulness
